Posting defamatory materials on blog- legal issue - civil suit - defamation

Suit for defamation - The defendant posted defamatory material on the blog. Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines Rules) 2011 - article is posted against living foundation and its members-material was vulgar and abusive. One of the defendant is an intermediary under section 2(1)w and section 79 of Information Technology Act.

Court held that, plaintiff was able to make out a prima facie case of passing exparte interim order.
